Tokyo, Japan

Tokyo is the capital of Japan with so many different activities to explore. Japan has a whole different culture to what americans are used to. With all the parades and different types of festivals it is amazing. Tokyo is a very busy place there are so many people that live there which can make it kind of difficult to get around when you don't live there and are not used to the way they get around, but the struggles of that all pay themselves off in a matter of time.In 2009 Tokyo was named the worlds most expensive city, but don't let that stop you from going there is sill a lot you can do that is affordable.Such as Ueno park in Tokyo which is known for it's museums and it specializes in traditional japanese art. Tokyo is also home to two professional baseball clubs so for the sports fans out there you don't have to give t up while you are here. The baseball clubs are the Yomiuri Giants who play at the Tokyo Dome and Tokyo yakult swallows a the meji-jingu stadium.

mt. Fuji, Japan

Mt. Fuji is 3,776 meters and it is japans highest mountain. my. Fuji is a dormant volcano which is the most amazing thing to see in person. This is one of those things that sounds amazing to hear about is beautiful to look at in pictures, but you can never get the true meaning of until you see it for yourself. The last time that this mountain erupted was in 1708 so it has been a really long time. this mountain is on the boarders of Yamanashi and Shizuoka. The visibility of the mountain from other places is very difficult to see in the warmer months, but f you go i the colder months the visibility is a lot better. During those months the best time to go see it is either early in the morning or late in the evening. mt. Fuji is officially opened for climbing during the months of july and august via several routes. This is a wonderful oppertunity so don't miss out
